Qualifications

• Must be a final-year student or a recent graduate (≤ 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in real‑world business projects including analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry.
• Fulfill supporting duties to aid the assigned department's daily workflow and help achieve business goals.
• Attend technical and soft‑skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company activities.
• Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross‑functional collaboration.
