Job summary

MAD Parfumeur in Ankara is seeking an Allocation Specialist to coordinate store and channel allocation, monitor stock and inventory performance, and optimize distribution across the retail network. The role requires strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely decision-making.

You will work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring smooth inventory flow and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Planning, Allocation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store and channel allocation to ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, inventory turnover, and sell-through performance, identifying stock risks and recommending appropriate actions.
