Job summary

You will work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring smooth inventory flow and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Planning, Allocation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store and channel allocation to ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, inventory turnover, and sell-through performance, identifying stock risks and recommending appropriate actions.
• Analyze inventory performance and prepare regular reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate stock transfers and reallocation activities to optimize inventory across the retail network.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Retail Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Support inventory distribution for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Communicate field feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of allocation and planning processes.
