Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in Turkey to lead and grow a network of affiliate partners. The role covers onboarding, tracking setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management in a fast-moving AI environment.

You will own technical configuration, reporting infrastructure, and partner communication, working closely with Business Development on new partnerships and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle affiliate account management.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare models.
• Technical literacy in tracking pixels, postbacks, and S2S tracking.
• Experience with partner pipelines and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale an affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Onboard partners, configure tracking, and optimize placements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify underperforming traffic, and drive optimization.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Business Development on launches and scaling of partnerships.
