Job summary

Mundi in Istanbul is seeking its first Content Engineer to own strategy, production, and publishing across owned and earned content surfaces, with AI deeply integrated. You will set editorial direction, generate and ship content, measure impact, and iterate.

You'll work directly with the CEO and founders to align content with product and customer signals. The role requires fluency in Turkish and English and a track record of building content operations that drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Two to five years as a founding marketer or content engineer in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Built a content operation that drives real pipeline.
• You build with AI, not just talk about it.
• Shipped AI-enabled content with CMS and LLM workflows.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; Turkish as primary writing surface.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, production and publishing for all content surfaces.
• Set editorial direction and generate, ship, and measure content.
• Work directly with CEO on positioning and customer signals.
• Argue about publish-worthiness and maintain audience quality.
• Build AI prompts, templates and workflows for a one-person content engine.
