Job summary

FERASET, a fast-growing AI startup in Istanbul, is seeking a content and AI systems-focused professional to own the in-product content experience across AI apps. You will craft prompts, explore models, and ensure high-quality AI-generated visuals and content across image, video, and text formats.

You will balance cost with quality, build scalable production pipelines, and collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Marketing to ship timely, market-relevant content.

Qualifications

• Hands-on prompt engineering across image, video, audio and text generation.
• Sharp visual eye to assess AI-generated output and trends.
• Experience with node-based and workflow-based AI systems; comfortable with databases and content systems.
• Capable of basic video/image editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Genuine interest in the generative AI ecosystem and rapid tool adoption.
• Strong FinOps mindset to balance cost, volume, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the in-product content experience across AI apps, including visuals and templates.
• Develop fresh content drops aligned with cultural moments and holidays.
• Track trends, AI formats, and competitor products to spot opportunities early.
• Turn insights into production-ready content concepts and workflows.
• Test models across media types to select the best-performing solution.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and AI teams to align with strategy.
• Build scalable production pipelines balancing quality and AI costs.
