Job summary

FERASET, Istanbul-based AI startup, seeks a content-focused AI engineer to own in-product content across AI apps. You will craft prompts, build content pipelines, and land timely drops for holidays and cultural moments, working with Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and AI teams.

You’ll track AI trends, turn user insights into concepts, and design scalable workflows that balance quality with AI costs, delivering fast, production-ready content at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on prompt engineering across image, video, audio, and text generation.
• Sharp visual eye to read composition and spot trend-driven aesthetics.
• Experience with node-based and workflow-based AI systems.
• Basic video and image editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools.
• Genuine obsession with the generative AI ecosystem and trying new tools.
• Cost awareness and FinOps mindset: weigh model choice and output against spend.
• Creativity that aligns with data, user behavior, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the in-product content experience across our AI apps: style collections, cover visuals, AI Video, AI Photo, AI Audio, templates, and text-based experiences.
• Keep content surfaces fresh with new drops for holidays and cultural moments.
• Track social media, internet culture, AI trends, and competitor products to spot opportunities.
• Turn trends and user insights into content concepts, prompts, and production workflows.
• Test generative models across image, video, audio, and text to select the best model for each task.
• Produce, test, iterate, and launch quickly; let performance data decide next steps.
• Build localized content for different markets and land timely drops for events.
• Design scalable production pipelines balancing quality against AI costs.
