Job summary

Mundi is hiring its first Member of Technical Staff in Istanbul to own the architecture of treasury infrastructure, bank integrations, and AI-driven workflows. You will ship the hardest technical problems with a small founding-style team in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will work directly with the CTO, CPO, and founders to shape features and the product; Turkish customers will be part of the role, with English docs and tools used daily.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-moving environment without a PM providing handholding.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and implement high-impact backend features for treasury infrastructure.
• Collaborate with CTO, CPO and founders; ship production-ready features monthly.
• Work closely with Turkish customers and Turkish UX copy; communicate in English docs and Slack threads.
