Job summary

Mundi is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Istanbul to embed with customers, build bank integrations, and ship production-grade automation. You’ll own the end-to-end deployment from contract to live treasury, while also creating AI-driven workflows and onboarding patterns that scale our GTM efforts.

You’ll collaborate with the CTO and the broader engineering team on architecture decisions and shared infrastructure.

Qualifications

Two to five years of operating experience at a startup.
Embedded with customers to ship technical solutions: built integrations, debugged in production, written automation that lasts.
Owns a customer's path from signed contract to live deployment.
GTM experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Shipped production code with AI in the loop, run agents that do work, and have a strong point of view on which tools earn their place.
Fluent in Turkish and English.
Lead demos in Turkish, write outbound in Turkish, and onboard Turkish customers in Turkish.

Responsibilities

Embed with customers to ship technical solutions and automate onboarding.
Wire banks, integrate ERPs, configure treasury policies, and ship scalable automation.
Own end-to-end project from contract to live deployment with minimal handoffs.
Build AI workflows, onboarding patterns, and GTM tooling for the team.
Work with CTO and engineering to make architecture calls and share infra work.
Lead customer demos in Turkish and support Turkish onboarding.
