Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Turkey to help developers and enterprise customers build and operate AI-powered platforms. You will troubleshoot APIs, authentication, integration issues, and collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and documentation.

You’ll work across cloud environments, observability tools, and developer platforms, combining hands-on troubleshooting with technical writing and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or closely related engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across web platforms, cloud environments, APIs, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and diagnosing requests/responses, HTTP errors, and integration issues.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in production systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms or data-intensive apps is highly valuable.
• Strong technical communication and writing abilities for guides and FAQs.
• Customer orientation, ownership, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Independent working style with collaboration across functions.
• Proactive drive to improve processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams across APIs, platform functionality, UI issues, and integration challenges.
• Support users across channels (email, chat, Slack) with high responsiveness and quality experience.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues including OAuth, API keys, HTTP errors, and configuration problems.
• Investigate issues systematically using API logs, error messages, payloads, and observability signals to find root causes.
• Manage support cases within defined SLAs, prioritize urgent issues, and escalate when needed.
• Reproduce and document bugs, communicating findings with engineering for resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate, giving structured feedback on reliability and product improvements.
• Assist with feature and infrastructure validation before releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation like guides, FAQs, and how-to content.
• Improve developer self-service by clarifying documentation and guidance for integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and support teams.
