Job summary

Memorial Healthcare Group in Istanbul is seeking a Software Engineer (AI) to design and build AI-powered solutions that boost operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable LLM-based apps and integrate AI into existing platforms.

The role requires at least 3 years of software development experience, proficiency in Python, and strong English for technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python or another modern language.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Function & Tool Calling.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with major AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs, embedding tech, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation technologies to deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, or a related field,
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience,
• Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language,
• Hands-on experience developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs),
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Function Calling, and Tool Calling,
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services,
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms and foundation models,
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies,
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, embedding technologies, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD practices,
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms,
• Strong understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
