• Able to deliver live demos/workshops to senior audiences.
• Strong editorial sense for audience-aware training materials.

Responsibilities

• Onboard admins, moderators, and end users at scale using AI-native tools.
• Build and deliver product demos for executives and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain living docs, guides, and training materials.
• Design and verify AI agent workflows and prompts to reduce human touch over time.
