Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations & AI Automation Engineer to lead on-call incidents, build autonomous agents, and implement self-healing workflows for a Fortune 100 client’s AI-native platform.

You will design scalable cloud operations, drive incident resolution, and encode learnings into automated solutions while maintaining strong governance and human-in-the-loop oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production SRE/DevOps or Cloud Operations roles.
• AWS expertise at scale, multi-AZ, multi-account architectures, incident management.
• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Experience with agentic/AI-native operating models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-call and incident command during shifts; triage and resolve customer-impacting events.
• Design, deploy, and maintain autonomous AI agents and self-healing workflows.
• Ensure safe production execution with quality gates and tested rollbacks.
• Investigate root causes and ship preventative fixes; document procedures for global teams.
• Document procedures so agents can retrieve knowledge and teammates aren't starting from scratch.
