Job summary

Wonderful seeks a Deployment Strategist to help enterprises land AI deployments from discovery through pilot and production rollout. You will translate ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires ownership and thrives on turning ambiguity into concrete actions, often onsite with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and systems, identify key problems, and help them win.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
