Job summary

Fundraise Up is expanding its AI Platform Team within Engineering to enable AI-assisted development across the org. You will drive adoption of AI tooling, coach engineers, and build internal integrations that scale with the business.

You will partner with security, DevOps, and GTM to translate field needs into durable enablement programs and practices. This role emphasizes measurable productivity gains through repeatable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience delivering internal integrations from prototype to production, including auth, deployment, and CI/CD.
• English proficiency at C1 for written and spoken technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, and cohorts to raise AI-assisted development effectiveness.
• Propagate best practices: create living guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an AI knowledge base.
• Scale enablement by building a network of embedded AI champions.
• Unblock and gather feedback by touring teams, surfacing blockers, and elevating systemic issues to leadership.
• Build internal AI tooling and integrations (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP) from prototype to production with security and CI/CD considerations.
• Evaluate AI tools and models, monitor market trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Measure adoption and impact with dashboards and defined metrics across teams and tools.
