Job summary

Mubea Türkiye seeks an experienced Special Processes Quality Engineer to join the Ergene team. You will ensure quality, compliance, and qualification of heat treatment, chemical surface treatment, anodizing, painting, and NDT processes in line with aerospace standards and customer requirements.

You will lead process qualification, Nadcap audit readiness, and continuous improvement efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain control and traceability of critical parameters and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to the role.
At least 5 years of experience in special processes, aerospace preferred.
Hands-on with chemical surface treatment, anodizing, painting, or heat treatment.
Knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap and AMS2750 requirements.
Experience in process qualification, validation, and customer approvals.
Familiar with quality tools (PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, 8D).
Good English for technical correspondence and audits.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality, compliance, and qualification of special processes per aerospace standards and customer requirements.
Oversee process controls, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Lead Nadcap audit preparation, gap analyses, and corrective actions.
Manage PTP Scheme, IRP, and customer approvals for special processes.
Coordinate lab testing, documentation, and customer approvals.
Analyze process data, identify trends, and prevent deviations.
Verify calibration records and instrument monitoring for critical parameters.
Maintain process instructions, control plans, and traceability.
