Job summary

Mubea Türkiye seeks a Quality Management Systems Senior Engineer to drive QMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement in Ergene. You will ensure AS9100 and EASA Part 21G compliance, document control, and alignment with customer requirements across departments.

You will monitor standards, manage QMS documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and program-specific quality expectations for aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in aerospace/defense/automotive.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/EN9100 requirements.
• Familiarity with EASA Part 21/Part 21G requirements.
• Experience in aerospace production or POA environment preferred.
• Experience with QMS documentation and document management.
• Good knowledge of standards, customer specs, and technical document management.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic document control.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS per AS9100 and EASA Part 21G.
• Monitor EASA Part 21G/POA requirements and integrate into processes and docs.
• Prepare, revise, and coordinate controlled release of QMS documents and related forms.
• Manage revision, publication, distribution, and validity status of QMS documentation.
• Monitor company processes for conformance to procedures, standards, and CSR requirements.
• Ensure integration of customer quality requirements and CSR into processes.
• Coordinate handling of Airbus and other customers' documentation revisions and distribution.
• Track changes to AS9100, EASA Part 21, and applicable standards; communicate impacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement standards and customer requirements across procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality records to be accessible, controlled, and traceable.
• Prepare data for management reviews and quality meetings.
• Coordinate quality awareness and training activities.
