Job summary

Mubea Türkiye in Ergene is seeking a Quality Management Systems Senior Engineer to lead the QMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement per AS9100 and EASA Part 21G. You will coordinate with process owners to ensure regulatory compliance and effective document control.

The role requires monitoring supplier and customer quality requirements, updating procedures, and ensuring traceability of records across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years in QMS.
• Experience in AS9100 / EN9100 and EASA Part 21/21G.
• Experience in aerospace POA environment and document management.
• Strong control of quality documentation and records.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of QMS per AS9100 and EASA Part 21G.
• Monitor EASA Part 21G / POA requirements and integrate into processes.
• Prepare, revise, maintain, and coordinate the controlled release of QMS documentation.
• Manage the revision, publication, distribution, and validity of QMS documentation.
• Monitor compliance of company processes with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure understanding and implementation of QMS requirements.
• Monitor changes to regulations and standards and communicate updates to teams.
