Eskimi DSP in Turkey seeks a driven sales professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. You will manage relationships with key clients, close enterprise deals, and collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to deliver value.

Your role involves owning the complete sales process, building a robust network, and staying ahead of programmatic ad trends to meet client goals in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales.
• Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape.
• Established network of clients including agencies and/or brands.
• Ability to understand customers’ business needs and match them with the right solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients, convert opportunities into closed deals including enterprise accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Proactively identify and approach new customers within your territory.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Drive sales growth with compelling presentations, product demos, and meetings.
• Prepare and send commercial quotes tailored to client needs.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated on programmatic advertising products, market trends, and competitors.
