Metica Trading Limited is seeking a growth-focused business development leader for Turkey. You will own the Turkish book of business, pitch SmartFloors and other monetisation products, and manage accounts from first contact through full portfolio rollout.

You will build relationships with studios, map stakeholders, and drive deals end-to-end while traveling for in-market events and conferences. Fluency in Turkish and English is required, with deep industry connections a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Experience selling into mobile game studios or ad tech.
• Structured, framework-driven approach; able to improvise when needed.
• Ability to own deals end-to-end from pitch to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Pitch Metica's products to Turkish studios and build your book of business.
• Own accounts end to end from first integration to portfolio rollout.
• Map stakeholders within studios to identify decision-makers.
• Lead deal cycles: pitch, design POC, negotiate, close, and expand.
• Represent Metica at Turkish gaming events and industry networks.
