Job summary

FEV Türkiye is seeking a highly skilled ADAS/AD engineer to join our growing mobility team. You will contribute to design, development, integration, and validation of ADAS features across the development lifecycle, working with Vector tools and a multinational team in Bursa and Kocaeli.

The role requires strong analytical skills and a drive to innovate. You will collaborate with software and vehicle integration teams, perform test planning, execute validation campaigns, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation.
• Hands on experience on ADAS/AD domain.
• Minimum 3 years of ADAS/AD development experience preferred.
• Strong experience in system development and integration for ADAS/AD features, including architecture design and requirement analysis.
• Experience in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for embedded and automotive systems.
• Strong experience with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, vTESTstudio) for network analysis, simulation, automated testing, ECU validation, and troubleshooting.
• Very good written/verbal English communication.
• Very good MS-Office skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• Able to work at Bursa and Kocaeli offices and travel between locations when required.
• Willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification, validation, integration, and testing activities for ADAS/AD functions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop, execute, and maintain system, integration, and vehicle-level test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to requirement verification and traceability activities.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and vehicle integration teams to ensure successful feature deployment.
• Support vehicle testing and validation campaigns.
• Use Vector tools for network monitoring, test automation, diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in issue management and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards.
• Previous experience as a Feature Owner is advantageous.
• Work with structured and unstructured data and develop data handling solutions including quality control, pre-processing, and analysis tools/platforms.

Important Information About The Position

• This position is offered for an initial period of six (6) months.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation
• Hands on experience on ADAS/AD domain
• Minimum 3 years of ADAS/AD development experience is preferred
• Strong experience in system development and integration for ADAS/AD features, including architecture design and requirement analysis
• Experience in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for embedded and automotive systems
• Strong experience with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, vTESTstudio) for network analysis, simulation, automated testing, ECU validation, and troubleshooting is preferred
• Very good written/verbal English communication
• Very good skills of MS-Office experience
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Able to work at both Bursa and Kocaeli offices and travel between locations when required
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, primarily within Europe
