Job summary

FEV Türkiye seeks an experienced ADAS/AD professional to join our Bursa and Kocaeli based teams. You will drive verification, validation, integration, and testing of ADAS/AD features across the development lifecycle, collaborating with software, systems, and vehicle integration teams to deploy robust functionalities.

You will develop test plans, analyze results, and support continuous improvement, while traveling between Bursa and Kocaeli offices and occasionally abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation.
• Hands on experience on ADAS/AD domain.
• Minimum 3 years of ADAS/AD development experience.
• System development and integration for ADAS/AD features, including architecture design & requirements analysis.
• Software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for embedded and automotive systems.
• Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, vTESTstudio) for network analysis, simulation, automated testing, ECU validation.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Teamwork and ability to work autonomously.
• Willing to work in Bursa and Kocaeli offices; travel between locations.
• Willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification, validation, integration, and testing activities for ADAS/AD functions across the development lifecycle.
• Develop, execute, and maintain system, integration, and vehicle-level test plans and test cases.
• Analyze test results and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to requirement verification and traceability.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and vehicle integration teams for successful feature deployment.
• Support vehicle testing and validation campaigns.
• Use Vector tools for network monitoring, test automation, diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in issue management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality & safety standards.
• Experience as a Feature Owner is a plus.
• Work with structured/unstructured data and develop data handling tools.

Important Information About The Position

• This position is offered for an initial period of six (6) months.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation
• Hands on experience on ADAS/AD domain
• Minimum 3 years of ADAS/AD development experience is preferred
• Strong experience in system development and integration for ADAS/AD features, including architecture design and requirement analysis
• Experience in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for embedded and automotive systems
• Strong experience with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, vTESTstudio) for network analysis, simulation, automated testing, ECU validation, and troubleshooting is preferred
• Very good written/verbal English communication
• Very good skills of MS-Office experience
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Able to work at both Bursa and Kocaeli offices and travel between locations when required
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, primarily within Europe

What Will You Work On

• Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and support corrective actions
• Contribute to requirement verification and traceability activities
• Collaborate with software, systems, and vehicle integration teams to ensure successful feature deployment
• Support vehicle testing and validation campaigns
• Use Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, vTESTstudio) for network monitoring, test automation, diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Participate in issue management and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards
• Previous experience as a Feature Owner is considered an advantage
• Work with structured and unstructured data and develop data handling solutions including but not limited to quality control, pre-processing, and analysis tools/platforms
