Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced ADAS Testing Engineer based in Türkiye to validate software on ADAS Control Units at the factory site in Turkey. You will work on test benches and vehicles, develop test suites, and perform manual and automated validation in an Agile/Scrum context.

The role requires strong knowledge of ADAS features, sensors, functional safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF), and hands-on experience with Vector tools and data acquisition systems. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, ME, or Automotive Eng.
• Minimum 3+ years in ADAS Test & Validation.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS features, sensors, and integration.
• Understanding of GSR2 and UNECE ADAS regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of ISO 26262 and SOTIF safety standards.
• Hands-on ADAS Verification & Validation testing.
• Experience with vehicle instrumentation setup and on-vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

• Performs software validation for ADAS Control Unit on test benches and vehicles.
• Creates and maintains test suites and test cases from specs and use cases.
• Performs manual and automated testing, including exploratory testing.
• Identifies software issues and logs them with supporting data.
• Verifies fixes and analyzes data with PC-based tools and instrumentation.
• Documents testing and generates test reports.
• Coordinates with domestic and international teams.
• Participates in Agile/Scrum requirements and design reviews.
• Provides technical support for customer and interdepartmental issues.
• Maintains fluent English communication at all times.

On-site testing at the factory for a Turkey-based OEM.

Responsibilities

• Performs software validation for one or more projects on new ADAS Control Unit on test benches and test vehicles.
• Applies specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products, and previous known bugs to create and maintain test suites and test cases.
• Performs manual and automated software testing. Performs session-based exploratory testing.
• Identifies software issues and transfers problem issues into the issue tracking system with supporting log files and data.
• Verifies the fixes for the software issues.
• Records, processes, and analyzes data with PC based tools and test instrumentation.
• Documents testing and creates test reports.
• Coordinates with different departments domestically and internationally
• Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews, and other activities in the framework of an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Provides technical support for the resolution of various customer and interdepartmental issues on an as needed basis.
• English very good (spoken and written).

Must have

• Strong knowledge of ADAS features, sensors and hands-on experience with ADAS integration
• Good understanding of GSR2 and UNECE regulations related to ADAS features and requirements
• Fundamental knowledge of functional safety standards, including ISO 26262 and SOTIF
• Hands-on experience in ADAS Verification & Validation testing
• Experience in preparing vehicles for ADAS testing, including instrumentation setup, compliance with legalrequirements for open-road testing, on-vehicle troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Practical experience with Vector tools (CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, vFlash) for flashing and data acquisition
• Experience with data collection using OxTS systems (RT & RT-Range), including both objective and subjectiveevaluation methods & Experience in 3D balloon target setup and use of 4A 3D dynamic platforms for AEB testing
• Ability to derive, define, and execute test scenarios and procedures based on vehicle- and system-level requirements
• Experience in systems & requirements engineering for ADAS features preferably experience with Codebeamer
• Good understanding of vehicle communication networks, subsystems, and ADAS-related external interfaces
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, with a mindset for process improvement
• Excellent coordination and communication skills; fluent English required
• The candidate must be based in Türkiye and hold legal authorization to live and work in the country. A valid Turkishdriving license is required, along with the ability to obtain and use a visa permitting travel and driving within theEuropean Union.
