Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for our client, a global coffee retail company with its Türkiye office located in Karaköy and more than 1,000 employees across 70 countries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, overseeing payment processes, monitoring import-export accounting records, and actively supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Working closely with the finance and operations teams, the role will ensure that all financial processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily accounting operations
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring all payment processes
• Issuing, recording, and posting vendor and customer invoices
• Recording and regularly tracking administrative invoices, expenses, expense documents, and all related accounting records
• Reviewing, recording, and tracking employee expense forms
• Recording bank transactions and financial movements
• Posting accounting records related to import and export customs declarations
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Following up on statutory book submission processes and official accounting operations
• Coordinating with the certified public accountant during tax declaration preparation processes
• Actively using SAP FI accounting software
• Supporting internal reporting processes
• Coordinating financial processes with relevant departments

Qualifications
