Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP and capable of using the system effectively,
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax legislation, accounting regulations, and the Uniform Chart of Accounts,
• Experience with E-Invoice and E-Archive applications,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Preferably proficient in English,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,

Job Description

• Recording accounting transactions in SAP in compliance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts and tax regulations,
• Monitoring E-Invoice and E-Archive invoices through the relevant portals, performing acceptance/rejection procedures within legal deadlines, and creating SAP entries following approval,
• Conducting account reconciliations with both group companies and external customers/suppliers,
• Supporting the preparation of tax declarations in accordance with applicable legislation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission,
• Recording cash transactions and employee advances related to headquarters and branch operations,
• Supporting monthly and annual closing processes, including depreciation, valuation, accruals, and trial balance controls,
• Assisting in VAT refund processes,
• Recording and accounting for import and export transactions.
