Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring a Production Planner for our Saray manufacturing facility in Türkiye. You will create and manage production schedules to ensure orders are produced on time and coordinate closely with Sales and Manufacturing to maintain smooth workflow.

This on-site role requires a university degree in engineering, business, or supply chain and up to two years of related experience. Fluent English and Turkish communications are essential, along with strong analytical and collaborative

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships, preferably within production planning or a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English alongside excellent written and spoken communication capabilities in Turkish.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational processes.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach with a collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production schedules to ensure customer orders are manufactured in full accordance with targeted delivery dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration between Sales and Production departments to maintain seamless order flow.
• Analyze overdue order reports to identify root causes and resolve workflow bottlenecks or process disruptions.
• Manage orders on hold due to missing information, ensuring complete data collection before releasing orders back to the production floor.
• Monitor inventories of raw materials and consumables, proactively notifying relevant departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment needs.

Job description

As our Production Planner, you will ensure efficient production operations and accurate production scheduling. You will maintain continuity in the operational workflow by establishing effective dialogue and coordination between sales and manufacturing teams.
