Maxwill International is seeking an Account Manager in Turkey's Konak region to support the automotive sector. The role focuses on sales growth, pricing coordination, and maintaining supplier and customer relationships across international markets.

The candidate will leverage 5+ years in automotive sales, strong communication, and German language skills to manage budgets, monitor market shifts, and ensure compliance with cross-border requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in the automotive industry.
• Preferably with knowledge of German.
• Experience with international commercial activities and related legal requirements.
• Experience preparing sales budgets and managing dealer or private customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages management system requirements and maintains records.
• Participates in risk identification and eliminates identified risks.
• Performs periodic price updates in response to material price changes and coordinates related disputes.

• Monitors developments in the automotive industry and analyzes vehicle production volumes.

Job description

We are currently seeking an '' Account Manager '' for a client of ours operating in the automotive sector, for whom we provide consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

• Understands company policies and their implementation in the activities for which they are responsible.
• Effectively implements and manages the defined management system requirements (processes, procedures, instructions, customer-specific requests, etc.) related to their area of work, and regularly maintains the required records.
• Participates in risk identification activities related to their department and ensures that identified risks are permanently eliminated.
• Periodic price updates and monitoring in response to increases in material prices
• Coordinating any price-related disputes and monitoring efficiency
• Clarifying pricing during the implementation phase of new projects, obtaining Purchase Orders from customers, and tracking them
• Distribution of the annual budget’s volume and price data by month and reference
• Monitoring developments in the automotive industry; tracking and analyzing vehicle production volumes.

Qualifications:
