Job summary

Egedeniz Textile, İzmir-based, seeks an Account Executive to manage international accounts from order confirmation to shipment, coordinating with production and quality teams. The role requires fluent English and strong MS Office skills, with ERP system experience preferred.

The candidate will handle daily customer communications, quotations, and approvals, and ensure accurate data in the ERP system, liaising with multiple departments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant in textile/apparel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of international accounts from order confirmation to shipment.
• Coordinate with production, planning and quality teams during sampling, production and delivery.
• Daily correspondence with customers; prepare quotations and obtain order approvals.
• Maintain order and process data in the ERP system.
• Clearly communicate customer requirements to relevant departments.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant in the textile/apparel industry
• Fluent English, both written and spoken — daily communication with international customers
• Strong command of MS Office and comfort with digital tools
• Preferably experience with an ERP system (caniasERP, SAP, EDS or similar)
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and effective cross-department communication
