Job summary

BorgWarner in Turkey seeks a Plant Quality Engineer on a 6-month fixed-term contract to optimize processes and boost customer satisfaction. You will own process quality KPIs and drive CAPA actions with cross-functional teams.

You will perform statistical analysis with Minitab, support PFMEA updates, and lead customer quality initiatives, ensuring accurate data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment, and ensure PFMEA driven improvements are sustained through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Plant Quality or Customer Quality roles.
• Hands-on statistical analysis experience.
• Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP and PPAP.
• Excellent communication in English; Turkish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own process quality improvements and CAPA execution with cross-functional teams.
• Lead PFMEA updates with Manufacturing.
• Drive customer quality initiatives and 8D responses.
• Coordinate customer requalification tests per audit plan.
• Ensure quality data is analyzed and reported.
