Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Construction and at least 3 years of local experience. Responsibilities include client liaison, managing project scope changes, and routine site inspections. This role is essential for ensuring successful project execution in a challenging environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&B).
- Strong project management skills and ability to co-ordinate on-site operations.
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with Clients/Designers in providing the project team expertise and supervision.
- Verify and confirm quotations from Suppliers/Contractors.
- Assist in managing changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure all plans/documents to Landlords/Local Authorities are approved before work starts.
- Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
- Conduct regular site meetings.
Skills
Education
