Company Overview

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Japanese Language Specialist to join their team. QA Engineers will be responsible for maintaining high quality and user experience across digital channels, including e-commerce sites and mobile apps.

Job Description

• Conduct linguistic, functional, visual, accessibility, and device testing for assigned projects to ensure digital products meet high standards.
• Create and execute tests, manage defects, and collaborate with stakeholders as part of the Quality Assurance process.
• Resolve tickets based on priority and update the ticket status accordingly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience/certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA for IT applications.
• Business-level fluency in Japanese, with excellent writing skills for linguistic testing and stakeholder communication.

Preferred:

• Experience in automated testing and development of automated test capabilities.
• Understanding of APIs and experience with API testing tools.
