Job summary
A prominent business federation in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to oversee full accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and improving processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy and at least three years of relevant experience in accounting. Strong technical proficiency and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are essential. This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong technical accounting proficiency required.
- Experience with consolidation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full accounting functions including consolidation, reporting, and audits.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, and accounting standards.
- Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Work closely with Finance and Management on financial planning and analysis.
Skills
Education
