• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, assisting them in understanding our products and services
• Collaborate with the product team to stay up-to-date on the latest product features and capabilities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's growth

• Strong technical background and understanding of sales processes and customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide tailored solutions
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Min Diploma in Engineering, Sciences, Bio-photonics or a related field
