We are looking for a motivated and organised Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit‑out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Assist in managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
• Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
• Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination or project execution, preferably in commercial office fit‑outs.
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
