Job description

• Planning & Pre-Construction:Reviewing project plans, specifications, and budgets; securing permits; coordinating bidding and vendor selection.
• Execution & Monitoring:On-site presence; attending trade meetings; monitoring construction progress; ensuring quality control and adherence to mockup standards; managing schedule and budget.
• Risk & Compliance:Identifying potential issues; ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Communication & Reporting:Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams; reporting progress, budget, and challenges; documenting project milestones.
• Problem Solving:Responding to delays, emergencies, and unexpected site conditions.
