Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated candidate for a maintenance role. The successful applicant will carry out full maintenance programs, diagnose technical issues, and provide training for new team members. Strong organisational skills and a commitment to safety are vital. Prior experience and an interest in energy efficiency are preferred. Applicants may need to perform shift work. Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; relevant work experience is also acceptable.
- Strong interest in energy efficiency and optimisation.
- Prior related experience is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Willing to perform shift work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the full maintenance program for site equipment.
- Diagnose technical problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Plan, organise, and allocate monthly work schedules.
- Provide skills training and onboarding support.
- Uphold strong safety standards.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings.
