Job summary

A leading automobile company in Singapore is seeking an IT support professional to perform helpdesk duties and manage IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include pro-active monitoring of IT services, first-level support for our DMS system, and maintaining IT documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
• Able to work half day on 1 Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform helpdesk support, network security, and system administration.
• Proactively monitor and maintain all IT services and infrastructure.
• Provide first level support for DMS system.
