Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day maintenance and operational support across office premises. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 4 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge in building services and excellent coordination skills. You will oversee maintenance requests, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
• Solid understanding of building M&E services, including fault diagnosis.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and facility operations.
