Job summary

A leading semiconductor firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer to ensure safety compliance within a semiconductor fabrication environment. The role involves advising on accident prevention, monitoring site activities, and leading safety programs, particularly during tool foundation assembly and cleanroom operations. Suitable candidates should have at least 5 years of construction safety experience, with a focus on semiconductor projects, and hold necessary certifications. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in semiconductor projects.
• Experience in tool installation, structural anchoring, and compliance standards is an advantage.
• Willing to perform shift work or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Advise on accident prevention and risk mitigation.
• Deploy and maintain WSH programs and monitor site activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for safety non-compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal and client reviews.
