This role will lead strategic initiatives across marketing, communications, and partnerships to strengthen the organisation's position as a trusted innovation catalyst.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and drive the long-term marketing and brand strategy to position the organisation as a leading innovation catalyst, ensuring alignment across all internal teams and external initiatives.
- Flagship Event Ownership: Lead the conceptualisation, development, and expansion of the organisation's flagship innovation event, growing its influence as a platform for connecting enterprises, technology providers, and partners.
- Partnerships Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to build, deepen, and manage high-value collaborations with local and international stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to integrate marketing, communications, and partnership efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and maximising outreach effectiveness across industries and geographies.
- Team Leadership and Organisational Growth: Lead and mentor a diverse team, instilling a growth-oriented mindset, cultivating collaboration across functions, and playing an active role in developing the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine internal processes to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of marketing, communications, and partnership functions.
Profile
- At least 8 years experience working across a range of industries, technology ecosystems, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience developing and executing strategies or programmes in a B2B environment.
- A strong track record of leading high-performing, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve or exceed goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
