• Plan, coordinate, and lead external audits related to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.

• Liaise with auditors, certification bodies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful audit outcomes.

• Maintain audit documents and records in compliance with certification standards.

• Develop, review, and implement QA policies, SOPs, and quality manuals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and operational efficiency.

• Conduct staff training to ensure compliance with QA procedures and standards.

• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits.

• Prepare audit reports, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Assess suppliers’ quality performance and support supplier development programs.

• Perform quality-related risk assessments and propose risk mitigation plans.

• Lead investigations into non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.

• Monitor CAPA effectiveness to ensure long-term improvements.

• Keep updated with regulatory, certification, and industry requirements.

• Support regulatory documentation, customer audits, and technical enquiries.

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.

• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or other quality management systems.

• Strong understanding of quality documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
