Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd commenced operations on October 1st, 2001 and was founded to give Porsche closer ties with Asia Pacific markets that are becoming increasingly important. Porsche Asia Pacific supports the operation of importers and dealers in 13 countries: Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

  • Collaborate with functional departments and headquarters on procurement requirements and planning
  • Support the procure-to-pay process, including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiation), purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Manage the procurement system and processes in accordance with the relevant directives, policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
  • Review new business partners and perform relevant checks
  • Prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance
  • Conduct onboarding and annual procurement training
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field
  • 1-2 years working experience in a related field
  • Strong structural, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in procurement and corresponding internal control systems
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment
