Job summary
A consultancy firm in Singapore seeks an individual to support the planning and delivery of community programmes, events, and engagement activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing communications, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. The role offers exposure to various projects and requires Singaporean applicants only. Competitive salary up to $4,500 is provided, along with statutory leave benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of community programmes and events.
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling and registrations.
- Draft and manage programme communications and updates.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure programme delivery.
- Track feedback and participation metrics.
- Maintain programme documentation and records.
- Support digital or product-related initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support.
Education
- Government project exposure
- Office hours: Monday to Friday at Mapletree Business City
- Salary: Up to $4,500 + Statutory Leave Benefits

- Work with stakeholders across digital, product, and programme teams
Support the planning and delivery of community programmes, events, and engagement activities in a digital environment. You will coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholders to ensure programmes run smoothly end-to-end.
- Coordinate and support community programmes, workshops, and training sessions
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, registrations, materials, and follow-ups
- Draft and manage programme communications, including emails and updates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Track participation, feedback, and basic metrics for reporting purposes
- Maintain programme documentation and records
- Support digital or product-related initiatives and community activities
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including ad-hoc tasks
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Singaporean only
