Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee landed property projects from design to handover, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams (design, QS, site).

• Schedule & Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Contract & Procurement Oversight: Manage contracts, variations, and procurement processes with support from the QS team.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to BCA, URA, and other local regulations, including safety and quality standards.

• On-Site Execution: Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and uphold construction excellence.

• Client Relations: Maintain transparent communication, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Team Guidance: Mentor site supervisors, subcontractors, and junior staff to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in landed residential projects (Singapore context essential).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s construction codes, submissions (BCA/URA), and safety protocols (e.g., SCDF, MOM).

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; adept at managing stakeholders under tight deadlines.

• Preferred: Candidates with established local industry networks.
