A renowned recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative for a 6-month renewable contract. The role involves resolving customer queries, assisting with surveys, and ensuring data integrity. Candidates should have a diploma in Business or a related field, and experience in customer service. Central Office - Novena
5 days across Monday - Sunday
Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
