The position requires weekend work and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in customer-oriented industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are required.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and three weekdays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage centre teams in daily operations.
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet enrolment and operational targets.
