PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Job summary
A leading procurement company in Singapore seeks a Procurement Executive to manage purchase requisitions and liaise with vendors. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is also able to speak Mandarin to communicate with clients.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years' experience as a Procurement Executive in relevant industries.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process daily purchase requisitions.
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective deals.
- Manage vendors for on-time delivery of goods.
- Liaise with internal departments on projects.
- Attend meetings for project support.

1. Receive, record, and process daily purchase requisitions from the production department.
2. Negotiate with the supplier for the most cost-effective deal.
3. Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
4. Liaise with the internal department’s personnel on project-related activities.
5. To attend meetings to understand and support project activities.
6. To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Procurement Executive in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, ERP systems such as Navision.
- With strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Preferred Mandarin speaker to liaise with our Chinese customers/Clients
