Job summary
A global medical services provider in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Manager with 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and shipping operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. This position offers a unique opportunity to optimize processes and improve logistics efficiency within a GMP environment.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and factory Receiving and Shipping.
- Oversee budget and expenses for logistics functions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for Logistics, Order Fulfillment and factory Receiving and Shipping.
- Responsible for the above functions’ budget and expensemanagement
- Responsible for driving Freight & Warehouse Cost ratioto business KPI’s.
- Liaise with and support Supply Chain Management for all inventory optimization with revenue and on-time delivery
- Ensure globally adhere to Transport, Import, Export and Warehouse Management Trade and Compliance practices
- Ensure logistics is in compliance with EHS regulatory requirement.
- Lead with lean manufacturing tools and practices and continuously increase the Logistics teams continuous improvement capability.
- Collaborate with other cross functional team and LogisticsPartners to identify develop and implement for best in class strategies aimed at improving Transport, Customs, Warehousing and Purchasing efficiencies.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing and Material Management/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess 5-8 years of relevant experience in Materials/Planning;Procurement; Shipping/Receiving & Distribution; Supply Chain &Logistics; Transportation experience in a GMP environment.
- Proficiency and well versed in MS office applications.
