Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations excellence, manage production schedules, and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably within the semiconductor industry, with strong leadership skills to coach and motivate a sizeable team. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure optimal resource allocation for production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years manufacturing experience at management level.
• Has experience leading a team of manufacturing staff exceeding 180 headcount.
• Strong verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of Production Cells focusing on various production goals.
• Provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes.
