Job summary

A leading chemical and energy solutions firm in Singapore seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for maintenance of critical mechanical equipment. The role involves supervising contractors, diagnosing equipment failures, and ensuring high plant reliability. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries and hold an NITEC certification. This position is based on Jurong Island and requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, chemical or petrochemical industries.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Experience in field work interfacing and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance on mechanical static and rotating equipment.
  • Supervise contractors in executing critical activities.
  • Provide documentation to ensure updates on equipment technical records.
